Kelly Pierce

Kelly, a certified personal trainer, RYT200 yoga instructor, Paddlefit coach and Glide SUP yoga instructor is the founder and lead instructor for Shaka Fitness. Her passion for innovative fitness outlets led her to the creation of a unique mobile fitness studio that focuses on exciting new ways to stay active, engaging both the mind and body. Her enthusiasm, professionalism, and generally patient and kind attitude allows participants at every level to engage and enjoy all the ways Shaka Fitness approaches paddle sports, yoga and working out. Her mission is to offer accessible programming to everyone regardless of experience or fitness level, that empowers and encourages enjoyable outdoor activities and healthy living. Kelly is a Glide SUP ambassador and an active member of the Glide SUP yoga community.

Libby

Libby is a semi-retired CPA who loves everything about the water - swimming, boating, rowing, canoeing, fishing, etc. She has competed in open-water swimming competitions and triathlons all over the country. Stand-up paddle boarding is another way for LIbby to spend time on the water. She is looking forward to sharing her knowledge of SUP and love of the water with you.

Echo

Echo discovered paddle boarding while vacationing with her family. She grew up loving water sports - swimming, fishing, and outdoor recreation. Paddle boarding and SUP yoga allow Echo to combine healthy movement and relaxation in a fun new way. She is eager to help others find their joy and connection to the water too. Echo tells her students to trust the board, trust themselves and just have fun!

SUP Yoga Assistant

Sam

SUP Yoga is by far Sam’s favorite activity and she loves to assist with class. She enjoys welcoming new members and seeing their confidence grow with every asana and paddle stroke. Assisting has been the perfect way to blend her love of helping others while embracing her inner mermaid. Sam’s advice for first time SUP yogis, “Keep your focus, move slowly and breathe.”
