Relax, Rest, Restore…

Join us for a journey into deep relaxation that will leave you with an overall sense of well being and calm. Participants will recline on a paddle board or yoga mat and and find ease as crystal bowls and other instruments are played to create a vibrational, healing experience that will resonate with every cell in the body, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. A curated collection of sound will guide you into a state of rest allowing the subconscious to clear and the mind to calm while activating the body's natural healing systems.  The soft soothing tones naturally resonate with the lovely song of the outdoors for a unique and comforting experience. You will love it.

Relax & Float

Drift off into a state of deep relaxation as you focus on the breath, clear the mind and let go of stress. Sessions include gentle movement, mindful relaxation and rest while anchored in one of our peaceful flat water locations. Crystal bowls and other sound instruments will harmonize with nature’s song and allow you to leave feeling rejuvenated. SUP equipment included. Participants will paddle seated. No SUP experience needed. Must be 18yrs + and able to swim. $35 or 3 sessions for $85

Rest & Restore

Join us for an immersion of sound and vibration in harmony with the songs of nature that will restore your body, mind and spirit. Prepare to let go of stress, find clarity and release tension as you are guided into a completely relaxed state of consciousness. Let the instruments and connection to the outdoors take you on a peaceful journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery in the private, yet open setting of the amphitheater at Craig Beach on Lake Milton. Must be 18yrs+. $35 per session

What to Wear/Bring

 

For SUP classes the goal is to stay dry and out of the water, but you should prepare to get wet just in case. For either land or water based relaxation activity, participants should wear fitted, light weight, quick drying yoga clothing, or activewear that allows for easy movement. Avoid cotton, fleece, or anything excessively baggy.  No shoes are worn on the paddle board, but please wear flip flops or shoes that can get wet to the beach or shoreline for comfort and safety.  

Bring any or all of the following:

- Water (for hydration)

- Mat or blanket  (land-based practice)

- Pillow or Bolster (land-based practice)

- Eye covering or small towel

*Please Note: Blankets and mats will not be available for students. No cell phones.

 

Weather related cancellations

Weather conditions, such as heavy rain, thunderstorm, high winds, air/water temps below 70 degrees, and/or any forces of nature considered unsafe may require the cancellation of classes.  Please visit our policies page for more details.
