Stand-Up Paddle Board or SUP is a fun and challenging new way to play on the water that provides an opportunity for excellent low impact exercise to build strength, endurance and balance.
Yoga classes consist of a 60 minute slow flowing, beginner yoga class on a yoga specific SUP board. By adding this new challenge of the unstable, moving environment of the water to a yoga practice, it is necessary to slow down, focus intently, and move carefully in and out of each posture. The instructor will provide instruction and assistance for safe entry and exit of the lake or pool. All classes include instruction for safety and proper movement on the board to maintain stability. Board rentals include on-land and on-water instruction to ensure that you have the best experience paddle boarding.
