SUP Yoga
What is SUP yoga?
Stand-up paddle board (SUP) yoga is a relaxing experience offered on anchored, yoga specific paddle boards in beautifully calm, clear inland waterways. Flat water experiences are signature to everything we do. Our classes are accessible to everyone regardless of experience and our mission is to create a safe community of diversity, inclusivity, acceptance, body positivity and self love that allows everyone to participate.
By adding the challenge of water to a yoga practice, it is necessary to slow down, focus intently, and move carefully in and out of each posture. The purpose of the class is to challenge mindfulness, let go of expectation, connect with nature and awaken an adventurous spirit.
The SUP certified instructor will provide assistance for safe participation in every class, including a paddle board lesson, guided movement and water safety practices.
