Are you ready to take your yoga practice to the water? Join us for a sunset stand-up paddle board yoga adventure at 6:30 pm on Thursday evenings in August at Lake Milton State Park. We will launch from the marina and anchor our boards in the perfect spot to enjoy a 75 minute slow moving, all levels, flow class on the water. It is easier than you may think. The real challenge is to stay present, mindful and dry as you move on the board. Come prepared to change your perspective and enjoy being on the water. No SUP or yoga experience needed. Class includes the best SUP yoga equipment, paddling and safety instruction, SUP certified yoga instruction and fun! Must be 18 years of age, able to swim, have freedom of movement and a sense of adventure in order to participate. Move, breathe, balance and be playful, SUP yoga provides the opportunity for self discovery as you experience yoga in a new fun way. Space is limited to 12 participants.
