Class meets in front of the outdoor pool and moves about the park for a high intensity, interval bootcamp style workout suitable for all fitness levels.
You will be instructed to work at a pace that challenges you and pushes you to become fit, heart-healthy and strong.
45 minute Bootcamp Training includes:
Boot camp participants are invited stay for the 7 pm yoga class in Memorial Park for FREE. Lockers and showers available in the pool house.
Participants should bring a fitness towel and water bottle. A yoga mat for stretching is encouraged.
